Privacy policy

How Wetillix collects, uses and protects your personal data, including when you use our project estimator.

1. Who we are

The wetillix.com website is published by Wetillix LLC, a US company registered in the State of Wyoming under no. 2021-001013264, headquartered at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #3648, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States. Wetillix LLC is the controller of your personal data.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and in particular those of the State of Wyoming.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect any sensitive data (ethnic origin, opinions, health, biometrics). Full card numbers never pass through our servers: they are processed directly by our payment providers.

4. Use of artificial intelligence

To generate your estimate, the information you enter and the documents you attach are sent to Claude (Anthropic), acting as a processor. This data is used only to produce your estimate. Every full report is reviewed by a member of the Wetillix team before it is sent.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to authorized Wetillix staff and to our processors, within the limits of their tasks:

  • Hosting: Contabo GmbH, servers located in Germany
  • Email delivery (confirmations, full report): our own server, hosted by Contabo
  • Payment: KkiaPay (Mobile Money and card aggregator) and PayPal
  • Artificial intelligence: Claude (Anthropic)
  • Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), enabled only after your consent

Each processor is bound by confidentiality and security commitments. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

6. International transfers

Wetillix LLC is established in the United States and our servers are located in Germany (Contabo GmbH). Your data may therefore be processed in both countries, as well as in the countries where our processors are located. We make sure each of them provides appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted communications (HTTPS), access management, access logging and regular backups. In the event of a data breach likely to affect you, we will inform you as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw your consent.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@wetillix.com or by mail to Wetillix LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #3648, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States, with proof of identity. We respond as quickly as possible and no later than the deadlines set by law.

10. Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies (audience measurement). Cookies strictly necessary for the website to work (session, security) do not require consent. You can change your choices at any time from the banner or by deleting cookies in your browser.

11. Updates

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page; any substantial change will be announced on the website.
